How do I sign up now?

Is there a refund policy?You will be inspired and have fun led by a team of certified fitness trainers. Each day camps will be one hour in length and are offered at various times to accommodate busy schedules.

Get Ready for Camp?

Pre-Camp Welcome:
1. We will give you an introduction to Boot Camp and answer any questions you may have. We will also review your medical history and contact you personally if there are questions or concerns.
2. During the first week of camp you will be given a tape measure and measurement sheet to properly document your body’s starting point. This is a measuring stick and will allow you to see your progress.
3. We want to be able to measure your improvement. Don’t be surprised if you see a 3-8% reduction in your body fat over the four weeks! Typically the first place you will see improvement will be in ENERGY!
4. You will receive your Welcome Packet via email and will be given an opportunity to ask questions.
5. See you at camp!

What do I need to bring to camp?

You will need to bring one set of 5 or 8 lb. hand weights and any type of exercise mat. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens during cooler months. Dress in a layered fashion…even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!

What types of exercises are included in the program?

Exercises include: Core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, sport yoga, fitness kick boxing, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises, and more!

What if I sign up for the three-day plan and then want to do more days of the camp?

After starting camp, many people realize how fun and convenient it is so they request to sign up for more days. In addition, they realize that the more days they attend camp the greater the results. In these situations, you will simply be pro-rated from the point you decide to join us for more days.

Will I be sore sometimes?

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you improve!
Our coaches will discuss pre and post workout nutrition in an effort to educate you on nutritional factors that can combat muscle soreness.

What kinds of people go to camp?

They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Some exercise experience is needed to ensure your safety and a better flow of class.

Is there a refund policy?

If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date. However we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. The credit must be used within 90 days of original sign up. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given toward private fitness training. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.

What is a typical day like at camp?

That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, weight training, obstacle courses, core training and jumping rope each week. On special days, we will take a field trip to a different location. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and “core stability.”

How soon will I see results?

Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different!

What will I do after camp is over?

You can continue to see improvements in your energy levels and measurements to show your progress and success in the program. Many (up to 80%) of the campers return for a second and even third camp.
